These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OCS88 platform, accessible via ocs88.onl and the OCS88 mobile app ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the OCS88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be a valid Malaysian citizen or resident.
• Not listed on any platform exclusion list.
• Do not hold more than one (1) active account on the OCS88 platform.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• Register an account for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

OCS88 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any user at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Users who fail to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe may have their account suspended or terminated.

03 User Account

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur within your account. OCS88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your own negligence.
